Reservation Policy

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Reservations made for parties of 5+ at Aosta Restaurant (Saffron Restaurants Ltd) must be accompanied by valid Visa or MasterCard credit card to confirm your booking. To confirm that the debit or credit card information you have provided is accurate, we may place a temporary authorisation on your debit or credit card at the time you provide your debit or credit card information. 

Cancellation or changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking by contacting Aosta by email on info@aosta.nz or by phone 029 0200 0019 or you will be charged a fee. If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel the reservation according to the notice period a $50 NZD charge per person will be charged to the credit card provided. The cancellation  charge also applies to changes in numbers for your group i.e. if you booked 8 people but 2 were a no show for the evening and you had not informed us in accordance with the notice period.

If there are extenuating circumstances that have prevented you from contacting the restaurant to notify us of a cancellation or changes such as a delayed or cancelled flights, please contact us at info@aosta.nz 

Our reservation system is provided by Eveve who guarantee to maintain the privacy of the data provided. The transactions for processing payments and capturing credit card data is handled through STRIPE who operate one of the highest data protection standards worldwide.

SPECIAL EVENTS

1. Customer Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the event, please e-mail: info@aosta.nz. A 50% charge of the ticket price will apply upon cancellation on the day of the event.
Failure to attend the event (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the ticket without refund.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event the organiser cancels the event, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or credit (at the organiser’s discretion).
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you must notify us within 14 days to request a refund or credit.

3. Compliance

All attendees must comply with the venue’s rules, health and safety regulations, and any instructions from event staff. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
